For most of us, waking up early in the morning is horror. Like we just want to hit that snooze button and go back to sleep, deny our responsibilities, and then blame ourselves for the rest of the day.

But now the school has started and sleeping in is not an option. We have to get up no matter what. And if you think that’s impossible, check out these three easy tips!

1. Do Some Stretching while Still in Bed

Hit the snooze button all you want, but at least try to move your body a little bit. Stretch your legs, your back, and your hands to get rid of the sleepiness. Then get out of bed, make a few jumps, a few squats, and you’re good to go.

2. Schedule an Awkward Tweet or Facebook Post ?

Go to your favorite social media and type an embarrassing thought from your journal or anything that you wouldn’t want others to know. For example, “Dear Facebook friends, today I was so lazy that I gave up all my to-do’s and slept in.” Schedule the post at the exact hour when you have to wake up the next day, and then set your alarm clock 10 minutes before that.
If you don’t want your friends to see that post, you’d better get up on time to delete it.

3. Hide Your Alarm Clock to Destroy Your Morning Demons

If you keep leaving the phone on the nightstand, the habit of snoozing the alarm clock will not go away. In that case, you need to make sure that your phone is unreachable. Place it on your table, on the window sill or anywhere far from you. The sound will most likely be so annoying that it will force you to get up and turn it off.
