If you are unable to access your account, try the following:
- If you think you may have used Facebook to log in, try logging in with Facebook first.
- Reset your eFaqt password. Make sure you enter the same email address you used to register on eFaqt.com. It may take several minutes to receive an email with additional instructions.
- If you did not receive an email with instructions to reset your password, check the email SPAM folder to see if it’s there.
- If resetting your password didn’t work or you did not receive the reset password email, contact us to get help by sending an email to email@example.com using the email address you used to register on eFaqt.com
