1. How do I know if the content in eFaqt is correct?

• eFaqt is an open platform, you are free to upload content as you which. You can see whether the content is good based on the amount users who used this question. If certain questions were used often, it indicates that lost of user considered it to be a good question.

2. Why are some questions more expensive then other?

• Depending on the amount of users that have used the questions, some are more expensive then others. The initial value of a new entered question is 1 credit. It doubles every time another user used that question, until it reached the value of 16 credits.

An overview:
A new question: 1 credit
A question that was used a second user: 2 credits
A question that was used a third user: 4 credits
A question that was used a fourth user: 8 credits
A question that was used a fifth user: 16 credits
After this, the value of a question will always be 16 credits.

3. How could eFaqt prove that it works faster than normal studying?

• eFaqt is based on theories which have been scientifically proven to accelerate the process of learning. eFaqt is a combination of these theories. In this case, the combination the individual of all the theories is much more then the sum of parts. Besides from that, eFaqt did research on a group of 1000 students which significantly showed the difference. Students who study with eFaqt learn better and faster with the system then when they study without it.

4. How do I know what the most important issues are in the text?

• Ask yourself these questions:
i. Is the issue related to the title of the paragraph or the title of the chapter?
ii. Is the issue referring to information I learned before?
iii. Does the book itself ask questions on it in the review section?
iv. Does the book itself marks the issue to be important by printing it in bold/italic, or by putting a frame around it?

• Important issues in the text are often issues that are being referred to in the first line of a paragraph.

5. Does eFaqt cost money?

• The use of eFaqt is completely free, for the use of the database (questions of other students) you pay a very small fee which is partly transferred to stud student who entered it in to the system.

6. I can not view the questions from my classmates, what happened?

• Check the language setting in your profile. You must have selected the language in which your classmates studied, to view them.

7. How does eFaqt make money?

• The fee you pay for the use of the questions from other students is partly transferred to the company

8. How do I cash out my earned credits?

• Via PayPal. Press the Euro button which you will find next to your earned credits and follow the directions.

9. I lost my password, you do I get it back?

• Right under the “sign in” place on www.efaqt.com, you will find a link referring to this issue. Please press it and follow the directions.

10. I want to change my password, where can I do that?

• You will find a link referring to this issue in the “change profile” screen in which can be found by clicking on the relevant link in the profile area on your homepage.

11. I don’t want the system to beep so often and tell me the I am not concentrated, how do I change it?

• Please have a look in the “study settings” screen. You will find a link to it in the profile area on you homepage.

12. I want to study more than 50 minutes and have longer break, how do I change these timings?

• Please have a look in the “study settings” screen. You will find a link to it in the profile area on you homepage.

13. The Mind Map shows big white areas on the screen (it is not using its full size), what can I do to change that?
